About Me

I’m Jani, a breathwork facilitator, psychologist, psychotherapist in training, and somatic practitioner.For years, I’ve explored how the body stores pain, tension, and memory and how the breath can gently help us release what words alone cannot.This work is personal to me. It helped me come back to myself.
Now I hold space for others to do the same , safely, slowly, and with deep care.
I created this program to support your reconnection.
With your body.
With your breath.
With the part of you that knows how to heal.

🌀 FAQ• Do I need experience?
No. All levels are welcome. You’ll be gently guided step by step through each practice, at your own pace.
• What if I miss a session?
No worries. Every session is recorded, and you’ll receive the replay to watch whenever it feels right for you.
• What should I prepare?
A quiet space, comfortable clothes, a bottle of water, and ideally an empty stomach. Most importantly, come with a body that’s ready to feel.
• Are there any contraindications?
Yes. Breathwork may not be suitable if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, untreated trauma, severe cardiovascular or neurological conditions, or certain psychiatric diagnoses. If you’re unsure, please consult with a healthcare professional before joining.
• Can I join if I feel anxious or emotionally overwhelmed?
Yes. Many people who join this space come with exactly that.
This breathwork journey is designed to be trauma-informed and paced with care. You will never be pushed, your body sets the rhythm.
• What if strong emotions come up?
That’s okay. Breathwork can touch deep places, and you’ll be held through it. This is a space where nothing needs to be fixed or judged.
You’re welcome to feel, to pause, to cry, or just to be.
• Is it really okay to just come as I am?
Yes. You don’t need to be calm, healed, or in control to join.
This space is for the messy, tender, tired, hopeful parts of you.
Come as you are. That’s where the work begins.
