About Me
I’m Jani, a breathwork facilitator, psychologist, psychotherapist in training, and somatic practitioner.For years, I’ve explored how the body stores pain, tension, and memory and how the breath can gently help us release what words alone cannot.This work is personal to me. It helped me come back to myself.
Now I hold space for others to do the same , safely, slowly, and with deep care.I created this program to support your reconnection.
